Can be chosen in any configuration or combination, but with digital displays, 0 - 30 kN analog displays should be taken to act as bargraph.

Readings hold when slip limit is reached.

Weighbridge: Total weight of axle to 15 ton (20 ton overload safe) display for weighbridge any of above systems.

Computer:

Version 1

8052 Intel based unit that can print out left and right brake readings, weight reading and compute braking efficiency for axle, with percentage difference between left and right also indicated. Printer 80 column (A4 size) serial printer. Client can choose formula's as desired, but we have to input changes. Serial and RS 232 output available to other devices.

Version 2

Switch gear and slip systems 8088 Intel (XT Computer) based unit full personal computer power with keyboard and CRT Monitor.

Standard program includes facility to input vehicle registration and other data. We can develop software for any application, Generally, a unit with one 3 ½” diskette drive is powerful enough, but we can add more drives as well as a hard disk. Printer can be any standard parallel unit. Any standard PC outputs available (RS 232, serial, parallel).

Unit will run under DOS 3,3 (DOS 4.0 optional) with programs written in Turbo Pascal and some assembler subroutines. We can also supply programs in MS Quickbasic.

Cabinet top swivels to view from multiple angles. Hand control optional 4 channel radio. Air pressure gauge (250mm, 0 10 bar) available plus 20 meter hose, calibration arm and weights. Available, as well, as pedal pressure indicator. (Can be integrated into computer system).

We can offer many other options wanted, and a complete design and development service is available. Cabinet is powder coated (normal colour is mustard and black but you can choose your own colours). We offer full pit building service in P.W.V. area. Galvanized frames and 3CR1 2 powder coated cabinets available as extra.
