To whom it may concern.

Please be informed that I have been working closely with Mr van der Nest during the past approximately five years. He has during this time proved to be more than competent in the manufacturing and supplying of test equipment. He assisted many test stations with the introductions of quality systems where he compiled and suppied assurance manuals which address all aspects of the SABS codes compehensively. Mr van der Nest serves on the SABS 0216 and SABS 047 technical committees and his input is invaluble.

We very seldom find any problems where he assisted clients with their establishment, planning and accreditation of the test stations. He always ensures that the required training is provided to all personnel members before arranging assessments withour inspectorate members.

To whom it may concern.

The Roads Authority have entered into an agreement with Millitron Namibia, a joint venture between Workshop Electronics and two local Namibian companies, for the supply, installation and maintenance of vehicle testing equipment.

Millitron Namibia has signed a 5 year old contract for the supply of Millitron equipment to 21 vehicle testing stations throughout Namibia with the Roads Authority. Millitron have installed 16 of the 21 towns with vehicle testing equipment that meets all the requirements as specified by SABS 0216.

In addition to the supply of equipment, Millitron Namibia also provides training to all vehicle examiners on the examination of motor vehicle, with special emphasis on the use of Millitron equipment.

These Millitron Equipment have a six-month maintenance and calibration intervals which Millitron have fulfilled. The Roads Authority wish to state that vehicle testing equipment in Namibia is in a perfect working condition, which is testimony to the excellent service received.

It's been 8 years since I started my vehicle testing back in 1998.Someone gave me the name of a certain Mr Hans van der Nest who could help me in getting my testing station of the ground. Little did I know the experience he had behind him.

After 8 very successful years of bussiness, I would really like to take the time in thanking Mr Hans van der Nest and his personnel, of Workshop Electronics, for the excellent service I received from over these years.

Mr van der Nest is truly professional in every aspect of his work and you can contact him any time of day, with any type of problem, he is always willing to help you.He is really an expert in his work. The same can be said of ILana, your secretary. Always friendly and very professional in the way she is handles the correspondence.

I am also very pleased in the way your staff, on the callibration of testing equipment side, are dealing with me every year. Always on time and you can see that they take pride in what they are doing.

I never had any problems with the SABS inspections because I knew my equipment was calibrated by Workshop Electronics and the calibration certificates are issued very accurately. Thank you for helping me in keeping my bussiness up to date and going for 8 years.I am looking forward in doing bussiness with you for many years still to come.
